Oluwakemi Ayo-Aremu

Oluwakemi Ayo-Aremu is the Managing Director of BRB Financial Advisory Limited, the Group's SEC Nigeria-registered Fund and Portfolio Manager. In this role, she provides executive leadership for the firm's asset management business in Nigeria, with responsibility for driving portfolio growth, strengthening client relationships, overseeing investment operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of the firm's regulated fund and portfolio management services.

Oluwakemi brings over seventeen years of banking and financial services experience, including senior roles at Guaranty Trust Bank and Heritage Bank, where she led strategic fintech partnerships, supported business transformation initiatives, and delivered measurable profitability and turnaround outcomes. She holds a BSc in Chemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is currently pursuing a MBA of Nexford University, USA.
