Etimbuk Bassey is a seasoned finance and fintech executive with over two decades of experience spanning fintech, corporate finance and capital markets. He has held senior leadership roles at prominent institutions including Flutterwave, where he led remittance strategy, and BudPay, where he served as COO and Country Director for the United Kingdom. He has also served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Seedstars. Across his career, he has overseen more than US$5 billion in transactions and built a reputation for scaling commercial outcomes across multiple markets.
As CEO BRB Capital Limited, Etimbuk Bassey leads the firm's expansion across capital markets, driving cross-border origination, strategic partnerships and capital access for SMEs, high-growth companies and institutional partners.
He holds executive education credentials from Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Level 6 Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment Banking from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK).
