Emem Ogheneochuko is a seasoned HR leader with over 14 years of progressive experience in people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation. Over the course of her career at Zenith Bank and Prudential Zenith, she built a solid foundation in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. During this period, she provided impactful leadership in performance systems and culture alignment, driving initiatives that strengthened performance culture, enhanced leadership capabilities, and ensured that people practices were closely aligned with business growth.
At BRB Capital, Emem leads both the Human Resources and Corporate Communications functions, driving the company’s talent agenda, strengthening its employer brand, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Her expertise spans HR strategy, leadership development, performance management, and total rewards. Emem is equally passionate about corporate communications, ensuring clear, engaging, and value-driven interactions that elevate both employee engagement and stakeholder confidence. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Lagos, alongside the Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) certification.
